Election Registration

IMPORTANT!!!!   READ BEFORE REGISTERING:

ONLY Parish clergy or wardens may use the link below to confirm their attendees (An email was sent with the list to all clergy and deputies) and register for the Convention of the Episcopal Diocese of Albany Special Meeting to elect the Tenth Bishop of Albany.

The clergy member or church warden MUST register their ENTIRE parish deputation on one form. 

Canonically resident and licensed clergy members who do not serve at a parish can use the same form.

You will need to have emails for each person handy and know their lunch selections (See below) before registering.

Only clergy (canonically resident and licensed in Albany) and elected lay deputies may attend.

In the event you need to elevate an alternate to a deputy spot but have already registered, contact Dcn. Marian Sive, Secretary of Convention via email.

Lunch choices

All meals come with a bag of potato chips, an apple, a cookie and choice of a soft drink

Turkey Bacon Wrap: Turkey, bacon, fresh spinach leaves, tomatoes, Muenster cheese, w/ garlic aioli.

Ham and Swiss Cheese Sandwich: Sliced ham and Swiss cheese on wheat bread with mustard.

Vegetarian Ciabatta Sandwich: Roasted fresh vegetables, fresh baby spinach leaves with hummus on a ciabatta roll.

Chef’s Salad: Bed of mixed salad greens, turkey, ham, Swiss cheese, hardboiled egg, cucumbers, carrots.
