Christ Church Episcopal was founded in 1802. Our current building was built in 1857 and is included in both National and State Registers of Historic Places. In 1966 we completed a major addition which includes offices, library, guild room and large rectory. Our pipe organ, the first built by Leonard Carlson, was installed in 1967. At Christ Church we are committed to providing a warm spiritual home to all, regardless of race, gender, age, socio-economic status or sexual orientation. We develop our faith in 3 worship services each week as well as through study groups throughout the year. As an organization and as individual members, our parish engages in ministries in our greater community. These include a Food Pantry, meeting space for youth and support groups, and a recently initiated Arts Ministry. At Christ Church Episcopal all are welcome!
