Father Tom has been a priest of the Diocese since 2010 and became Rector of Saint Paul’s in 2014 after serving at All Saints’, Chevy Chase, Maryland.  He became Dean of the Hudson Valley in 2019, and is serving his third term as President of the Standing Committee, having led the Standing Committee and Diocese through the search and election of Bishop Williamson. Father Tom has a heart for the spiritual formation and maturity of individuals and parishes, and a deep concern for how we in the Anglican/Episcopal stream of Christianity can live together in fidelity to Christ, his church, and its historic doctrines and traditional order and practices as means of grace in the spiritual, ideological, cultural, social, political, and moral climate of our day.  He offers Healthy Congregations workshops and is available to conduct workshops, retreats, and quiet days on a range of topics. A graduate of Nashotah House, Father Tom is married to Mother Judith Malionek. They have two grown children.
