You can come to one or all the days of convention, and must select each day when registering.  Program, workshops, some meals, are included in registration (as indicated on the registration form) Lodging and some optional meals are add-ons. Please be sure to read through all the options when registering.

Deputies listed on your parish’s Certificate of Election, must also register here, as the CoE is not a registration form.

There will be a Saturday only VBS program which will be led by Beaver Cross for youth grades K-8. Youth should register using the same online form above. You may add on Friday dinner for youth ages 5-18 (no charge for under 5).

Lodging Notes

  • Christ the King Center & Convent lodging is available first to those who live an hour or more from CtK. After July 15th, any remaining rooms will be open to anyone.
  • Most rooms are double occupancy, and you have the option to request a roommate when you register. For single rooms, please consider booking through one of the local options below.
  • There is no lodging charge for youth (under 18) staying with their parents, unless additional rooms are needed. In that case, youth should register and pay the same as adults. We do have a limited number of cots available; they can be requested by calling the Christ the King Center Front Desk at 518-692-9550. If you are a family with small children, please indicate that on your registration form under “Roommate Request” so we can do our best to put you in the best room possible.
  • All lodging includes linens, towels, and toiletries
  • Overnight lodging includes breakfast

This year we are adding two options.

  • Single rooms with shared (single use) bathrooms in the Convent AND SOLD OUT
  • Adult Friendly “Glamping” in the youth lodges (Those closer than 1 hour away may register for the youth lodges anytime, no need to wait until July 15th)
    • Youth lodges will be bottom bunks, linens and towels will be provided. There will be separate quarters for men and women.
