Dear Mission Grant Applicant,
Thank you for your ministry and your interest in applying for a Diocesan Mission Grant.
The money that funds this grant comes from the Diocesan operating budget as
approved by the Diocesan Convention. The funds are limited and are intended to aid
parishes with a wide range of needs in support of carrying out the mission of the Church
(BCP page 855). Any church in the Diocese is able to request these funds on an annual
basis.
Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed by the Mission Grants Taskforce.
After reviewing the applications, the Taskforce will forward the applications
recommended for funding to the Diocesan Council for review and final approval.
